Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 100% Activation Guarantee. If a purchased license key is proven to be invalid via a full-screen customer error screenshot within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued through our secure Wix API. Refunds are exclusively granted for activation failures. We do not accept returns for unused keys or software licenses that have been successfully activated.
Digital Product Policy
Our marketplace is exclusively for digital-only consumer utility software. We provide clear instructions directing customers to download the unedited installation files directly from the software manufacturer's official online download center. We do not stock, manage, or ship any tangible inventory, boxes, or discs.
